Omama Herbal Group Limited wishes to officially inform the general public that following an internal investigation conducted by the company in response to a letter issued by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), the company has successfully identified and assisted in the arrest of individuals who were unlawfully impersonating the Omama Herbal Group name and brand.

The arrest operation was carried out with the support and collaboration of the Ghana Police Service under the leadership of the Greater Accra Police Commander. The suspects were found to be illegally producing and distributing products falsely presented as "Omama Herbal Mixture", thereby misleading the public and putting consumer health at risk.

Laboratory tests conducted on the seized products confirmed the presence of unauthorized pharmaceutical substances inconsistent with the approved formulation of authentic Omama Herbal products. These findings validate the concerns raised in the FDA's letter and confirm that the counterfeit products are not approved or endorsed by Omama Herbal Group Limited.

This public notice serves to assure our customers, distributors, and the general public that Omama Herbal Group Limited has taken immediate and responsible action to protect the integrity of our brand and safeguard public health. We will continue to cooperate fully with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies to ensure that all perpetrators involved in these illegal activities are brought to justice.
